Niger Republic Extradites Maina To Nigeria
Abdulrasheed Maina, embattled former chairman of the Pension Reform Task Team (PRTT), has been extradited to Nigeria from Niger Republic.
He was received by men of the Nigeria Police Force at Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport on Thursday.
Maina was arrested in Niger Republic on Monday after fleeing Nigeria.
Maina is being charged with misappropriation and embezzlement of public fund by economic and financial crimes commission (EFCC).
Maina was granted bail by court but he jumped bail and fled to the neighbouring west Africa country.
