Former Osun deputy gov, Omisore, loses father.
Olu of Ayepe Olode, in Osun state, Oba Olajide Omisore, has passed away at the age of 90.
Oba Omisore, who marked his 90th birthday in July, 2021, is the father of ex Osun deputy governor, Senator Iyiola Omisore.
Announcing the passage of his father in a terse message obtained in Osogbo, Senator Omisore, said his father died on Tuesday.
The statement read in part, “On behalf of the OMISORE Dynasty, it is with the deepest sense of loss and gratitude to God that we inform you of the triumphant return of our beloved father Oba David Olajide Omisore to his Heavenly Father.
“Baba joined his ancestors peacefully. Kabiyesi sailed on January 04, 2022. Further announcement would be made in due course.”
