2023 presidency: Bishop Oyedepo reveals what some Christian politicians would do to Christ

Bishop David Oyedepo of Living Faith Church also known as Winners Chapel World Wide has predicted that some Nigerian Christian politicians may renounce their faith to win elections.

The African preaching pastor made the assertion during a sermon at the Church’s headquarters, Canaanland, Ota in Ogun State.

Oyedepo, however, said most of the Christian politicians are not dedicated, describing them as churchgoers.

He said, “Some Christian politicians will deny Christ for money or so that they can win elections. Anyway, most of them are only Church Goers”.

The Bishop who often makes political comments particularly on topical issues in the nation had in 2015 and 2019 warned Nigerians against voting for the ruling All Progressives Congress at the presidential level.

Following the current security and economic crisis bedevilling the nation, Oyedepo recently mocked those who voted for President Muhammadu Buhari, saying they would have listened to him.
