Lewis Hamilton is gearing up for the new Formula One season after sharing a video of his morning run through the streets of London on Instagram.
After losing out on last year’s championship to Max Verstappen in controversial circumstances in Abu Dhabi, Hamilton’s social media silence sparked rumours that the Mercedes driver was set to retire.
However, he 37-year-old returned to social media on Saturday and his most Instagram story suggests he isn’t ready to quit anytime soon.

Hamilton has posted a video of him having a morning run with his physiotherapist Angela Cullen in the capital.
The first part of his Instagram story shows him running in the dark at 6.35am with the caption ‘Good morning London’.
He is then seen running with the London Eye in the background as he adds another caption which reads: ‘Back at it with @cullen_angela.’

Mercedes will launch their official 2022 challenge on February 18 as they look to take back the drivers’ title which they had won in the previous seven seasons.
Pre-season testing takes place from February 23 to 25 in Barcelona, followed by a second test in Bahrain from March 10 to 12.
The Formula One circus will be back in Bahrain for the official season opener with the first race on March 20.
