Mr Ibu set to give out daughter, Jasmine to US lover she met 8 weeks ago on Tiktok (pics)
It is ringing wedding bells in the home of Nigerian actor, John Okafor better known as Mr Ibu.
CityNews Nigeria learnt that the comic actor is set to give his daughter out in marriage to her US based lover.
Jasmine Okafor in a video which has now gone viral on social media said “Yes” to her lover whom she met on the video-sharing platform, TikTok.
Narrating her love story, Jasmine revealed how their paths crossed two months ago on the app.
She disclosed how he flew from the US to Nigeria to propose to her.
Jasmine used her story to emphasize on how a real man wouldn’t waste a lady’s time.
The couple are set the walk down the aisle this month.
“We met here on TikTok 2 months ago! He was my TikTok gifter! We are set to get married in this month. He flew all the way from USA to Africa for the first time! Just to marry me. A real man won’t waste your time”.
In January, the daughter of the veteran actor shocked many when she showed off her beautiful transformation.
While having a goofy time with her dad, Mr Ibu praised her beauty.
He teased his daughter for not looking like him.
According to him, it would have been “bad market” for her if she had taken after his facial appearance.
