2023: CBN Governor, Godwin Emefiele picks APC presidential form

Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Godwin Emefiele, has picked the All Progressives Congress, APC nomination form to contest the 2023 presidential election.

Emefiele picked the form on Friday and will declare his intention on Saturday.

It was gathered that Emefiele’s associates paid N100million for the nomination and expression of interest forms on Friday, at the International Conference Center, Abuja venue of the sale of forms.

Recall that Vice President Yemi Osinbajo Wednesday also picked his form to contest the 2023 presidential election.

His spokesman, Laolu Akande had said a “passionate team of support groups and individual Nigerians from across the country” raised the funds.
