Fatima: What Fani-Kayode said about killing of pregnant woman, four children in South-East
A former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode, on Tuesday condemned the killing of a pregnant woman identified as Fatima, her four children and six others in Anambra State.
The victims, who are of northern extraction, were reportedly killed at Isulo, Orumba North Local Government Area of the state, on Sunday.
Reacting, Kayode, in a tweet on his official Twitter handle, described the incident as ‘shameful and barbaric’.
He also called on the authority to treat those who committed this atrocity as a beast.
He tweeted: “The killing of a heavily pregnant northern lady by the name of Fatima together with her 4 children and 6 others in Anambra State by unknown gunmen is shameful & barbaric.
“Those who committed this atrocity are beasts and they should be treated as such.
“I condemn this evil act.”
