Following a touchline altercation during Chelsea’s 2-2 draw with Tottenham on Sunday, Thomas Tuchel and Antonio Conte were both shown the red card.
Throughout the game, the two traded barbs, with Tuchel running past the Spurs bench after Reece James’ goal and past the touchline.
Harry Kane’s header from a corner in stoppage time gave the Spurs the equaliser, but the Blues could not maintain their advantage.
When the final whistle blew, Tuchel and Conte had to be separated because they had gotten into an argument following their handshake.
Both Tuchel and Conte were given red cards by referee Anthony Taylor, and the Football Association will probably conduct an investigation into the incident to gather information and impose sanctions.
The two coaches will be sidelined for Chelsea’s and Tottenham’s respective matches against Leeds and Wolves next weekend.
