NEXT CITY HOLDS 4TH IBADAN HOUSING FAIR
Next City Estate Limited, an Ibadan based property development and management company is set to hold the 4th Ibadan International Housing and Construction Fair.
In a statement released by the company and signed by the managing director, Mr Ola Rotimi-Shodimu, all plans and arrangements are in top gear for the staging of the 2 -day event scheduled for Wednesday 24th and Thursday 25th August 2022 at the International Conference Centre, University of Ibadan from 9:00am daily with the theme “Rethinking the National Housing Policy to bridge the gap between sustainability and affordability.”
According to Rotimi-Shodimu “ The stage is set once again for the annual Ibadan International Housing and Construction Fair which is our selfless contribution to intellectual discourse on solutions to the challenges of housing in Nigeria and seeking practical steps to affordability and sustainability. The 2022 edition is a platform for major players, stakeholders and Nigerian citizens to address the issues of the housing deficit in the country with a view to affordability and sustainability”
Rotimi-Shodimu further stressed the importance of housing as a basic need of man emphasising the cultural and physiological and psychological relevance in life noting that many lack this essential component of living.
The 4th Ibadan International Housing and Construction Fair is expected to be an assemblage of housing industry, urban and regional planning experts, property developers, managers, estate agents, representatives of regulatory agencies and top government functionaries from relevant ministries departments and agencies. as well as financial institutions.
