EPL: Saturday football live updates: Everton and Liverpool play to frantic draw; Pulisic starts for Chelsea

The busiest football Saturday of the 2022-23 season began with a cracking Merseyside derby and an Old Firm blowout. It will eventually feature Real Madrid and Barcelona, Juventus and Bayern Munich, and AC Milan vs. Inter.

There are also eight English Premier League games. And the U.S. women’s national team begins its World Cup ramp-up, while American men — including Christian Pulisic, who’s starting for Chelsea — take fields across Europe and MLS.
