Why Nigerians Should Not Mourn Late Queen Elizabeth – Sowore

The presidential candidate of the African Action CongressOmoyele Sowore has told Nigerians not to mourn Queen Elizabeth II because she did not die for them.

CityNews Nigeria reports that the presidential candidate made this known in a Facebook post while reacting to her death.

He wrote: “Don’t mourn the Queen, she didn’t die for you! The death of the Queen should herald the end of the “Commonwealth” #WeCantContinueLikeThis”

The activist cum politician further hinted that making the Nigerian people travel without visas to the Commonwealth countries is one of the things he would do, if he becomes the President.

According to him, this is the only clause for Nigeria to be among the Commonwealth countries.

Sowore said, “If Nigeria is going to be part of the “Commonwealth” under my watch as President, then Nigerians must be able to travel to all Commonwealth countries without a visa! #WeCantContinueLikeThis
