1. At least seven people, including three policemen, were killed when gunmen opened fire on the convoy of Apostle Johnson Suleman, General Overseer of Omega Fire Ministries International, Auchi, Edo State, on Friday.

2. The All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has said raising interest rates is not the solution to rising inflation.
