Breaking! Davido: Lagos Police Breaks Silence On Alleged Video Of Ifeanyi Adeleke Drowning
Lagos State Police Command Public Relations Officer (PRO), Benjamin Hundeyin on Wednesday reacted to a video of a child alleged to be the late Ifeanyi Adeleke drowning in a swimming pool.
CityNews reports that a video clip circulating on social media shows the moment a child whom has being misrepresented to be Ifeanyi died from drowning.
Reacting to the video in an interview with BBC Pidgin, Hundeyin described it as “fake”.
“We haven’t started looking at the content of the CCTV we collected from Davido’s house.
“Any video you see online isn’t the real thing. It’s fake,” Benjamin Hundeyin told BBC Pidgin.
Wizkid Reacts To Death Of Davido’s Son
International music icon, Ayo Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid has mourned the death of Ifeanyi, the son of his colleague’s son Davido.
CityNews reports that the Grammy-award winner took to his Instagram story on Wednesday to post a ‘broken heart emoji’.
Recall that Wizkid, also called Wizzy, had deleted his upcoming album promotional tweet on Monday night when the news of the death of Ifeanyi emerged.
Wizkid had recently released a new single ‘Money & Love’. The single is off his album ‘More Love, Less Ego’ which the artist confirmed will be released on November 4th
