Apostle Johnson Suleman of the Omega Fire Ministry has weighed in on the passing of popular gospel artiste, Sammie Okposo.
CityNews Nigeria recalls that Okposo who was in the news in January over allegations of infidelity slumped and died on Friday morning in his home at the age of 51.
Reacting to the death of the singer, Suleman took to his Twitter account to disclose some conversations he had with Okposo.
The clergyman said he wept over the phone when Okposo told him how some ministers treated him after his infidelity scandal broke the internet.
He said some people currently posting pictures of the singer and mourning him, failed to reach out to Sammie during the trying moments.
