IBADAN GREEN CITY DEVELOPMENT BEGINS
Next City Estate Limited, an Ibadan based property development and management company has commenced the development of a major eco friendly residential and commercial city known as Ibadan Green City located on the Ibadan – Oyo Expressway.
This disclosure is contained in a statement released by the company and signed by the managing director, Mr Ola Rotimi-Shodimu stating that Ibadan Green City is a mixed development comprising of Site and Service Private Development, Next City Residential with 2-3 bedroom houses, Special Manufactured Homes for Young Couples, Recreational facilities, Medical Centre, Schools, Event Centre, Short Let Apartments, ATM Gallery/Cash Points, Medical Centre, Worship Centre amongst others.
According to Rotimi-Shodimu whose company is the organiser of the annual Ibadan International Housing and Construction Fair, “Ibadan Green City is conceptualised as a pace setting natural habitat in the pace setter state to redefine living and living conditions. The multi dimensional sixteen hectares real estate project is being implemented by a consortium of well tested professionals operating under principles and philosophies of global best practices in a local environment to birth an international estate brand”
Next City who has been a champion of affordable and sustainable housing in Nigeria with emphasis on Oyo State is developing Ibadan Green City in pursuit of its mission to be a catalyst for providing Nigerian citizens with pocket friendly houses at favourable terms and conditions.
