Imade Adeleke, the first daughter of singer Davido is presently on admission in a Lagos hospital.
Her mum, Sophia Momodu shared a video of weak-looking Imade while on drip being led to the toilet, with a caption that read “One thing about the devil…he’s gonna tell a lie but we move”
Interestingly, while some netizens have since taken to social media to pray for Imade, several other users are of the school of thought that such posts shouldn’t be put online.
One Anita wrote “Although I’m thankful for you.
This is unnecessary clout as we all know Davido is just recovering. Now you’ll have the whole internet messaging Davido again.”
One Ayoola wrote “Even if she was sick, must the mother come on social media to announce it. Children get sick everyday and their parents don’t come to the social media. Perhaps the girl had a minor discomfort and the mother decided to use it to trend. Small thing that just require a drug of N500 over the counter, rich parents go to hospital. And those hospitals would want to make some money by exaggerating a minor issue, admitting for a small headache”
One Victor “This shouldn’t be on internet tho, I wish her quick recovery ijn”
One Waheddat wrote “For a man that lost his son, Sophia falling sick is normal, do you care about David’s mental health? Much everything be used for clout? This will never be chioma”
One Tito wrote “This isn’t supposed to be on social media. At least until she is better. She wants attention so bad and will do anything to get it”
One Busayo wrote “Very nonesense woman, God give us sensible woman to bear our child. Coz I don’t understand why u bringing this to the internet”
One Wizzy wrote “It’s natural to fall sick once in awhile, nothing dev!lish about it.”
