Lagos 2023: Mr Macaroni ‘attacks’ those fanning embers of tribal hatred

Ahead of the Saturday gubernatorial election, famous Nigerian social critic and skit maker, Debo Adebayo, better known as Mr Macaroni, has advised Lagos residents to be wary of those fanning the embers of tribal hatred.

Mr Macaroni expressed sadness that some people were sharing inciting contents against tribes.

His statement is contained in a post via his verified Twitter handle.

He said people should not allow those pursuing their own interests cause hate among Nigerians.

“It’s sad to see people sharing inciting contents against tribes. We have been living together in unity. Doing business together and marrying ourselves.

“Do not let people, because of their own interests, cause hate among us.

“Let us Preach Peace,” he tweeted.
