EPL: Arsenal To Make Saka Club’s Highest-Paid Player

English Premier League club, Arsenal, is reportedly on the verge of making its star player, Bukayo Saka, the highest-paid player at the Emirates Stadium.
CityNews understands that the 21-year-old English professional player presently earns a weekly wage of £70,000.
Reports, according to Daily Mail, however, revealed that Saka is on the verge of signing a contract worth a cool £ 300,000 per week at Arsenal.
Saka’s present contract with Arsenal was due to expire in the summer of 2024. The club is, however, hopeful the winger will sign a new long-term contract that will keep him till 2028.
With the deal, he is expected to earn four times his current salary and become the Gunners’ highest-paid player.
The development is expected to make Saka the joint-ninth highest-paid player in the Premier League when he officially puts pen to paper.
Saka has played a pivotal role as the Gunners occupy the top spot in the Premier League with 10 games remaining.
He has started every match for Arsenal in England’s top tier this season, scoring an impressive 12 goals and recording 11 assists.
