Breaking: Harry Maguire could be heading to Man United’s rivals this summer

David Moyes’ West Ham United are targeting Manchester United captain Harry Maguire.

Maguire’s future at Man United is in doubt after losing his starting place in Erik ten Hag’s side last season.

There are reports that the former Leicester City’s defender wants to stay at Old Trafford to fight for his position but it is clear that the 30-year-old will not play a big part in Erik ten Hag’s squad.

The England international is now behind Lisandro Martinez, Raphael Varane and Victor Lindelof in the pecking order and the Red Devils are open to selling him.

And the Telegraph claim that West Ham could make a move to sign the centre back this summer as they look to reinforce their squad after selling Declan Rice.

The Hammers are looking to make a loan offer, however, United are more keen to sell permanently.
