Barcelona has released a statement assuring fans they would honour their pre-season friendly with Arsenal next Wednesday.
The La Liga giants were forced to call off their game against Juventus on Saturday, after a couple of players caught a virus.
It led to speculation that their fixture against Mikel Arteta’s men in Los Angeles could also be cancelled.
However, in a social media post, Barcelona said: “FC Barcelona would like to encourage its fans to attend and enjoy the game we are going to play this Wednesday against Arsenal at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles.
“Both teams are in close contact and we both have the utmost confidence that our game will go on as planned.”
