Manchester City playmaker Kevin de Bruyne and Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah could be set for shock moves to the Middle East.
A number of footballers have swapped European football for the Saudi Pro League this summer.
This includes players like Chelsea’s N’Golo Kante, Edouard Mendy, and Kalidou Koulibaly; Liverpool Captain Jordan Henderson; Newcastle’s Allan Saint-Maximin; and De Bruyne’s City teammate Riyad Mahrez.
According to the UK Mirror, the Saudis are now eyeing Salah and De Bruyne, who have five Premier League titles and three PFA Player of the Year Awards between them.
The plan is to lure the two players in next year’s transfer window.
Both Salah and De Bruyne will be 32 by the summer of 2024 and could be enticed by the lucrative offers being displayed by the Saudis.
