Seyi Tinubu, the Nigerian president’s son, stated in a recent Instagram post that he did not contribute 15 million Naira to Mohbad’s kid.
Following Mohbad’s untimely death last week, several celebrities and influencers have been pushing people to contribute to the well-being of his fatherless kid, Liam. Many loving Nigerians have made gifts to ensure the 5-month-old boy has a great future.
While earlier reports stated that Seyi Tinubu made a 15 million Naira bank transfer to the boy’s account on September 20, 2023, political critic Japheth Omojuwa has rejected these assertions.
According to Omojuwa, Seyi Tinubu expressed deep concern and pledged to assist the child’s schooling and the wife’s education, but he did not make a huge payments.
Omojuwa explained that the 15 million Naira gift reported in the media is untrue. He highlighted that because he has been involved in the subject since the beginning, he can affirm Seyi Tinubu’s perspective.*
Furthermore, Omojuwa claimed that it is not his position to disclose the specifics of Seyi Tinubu’s support for the child and wife, and that it is ultimately up to those who got the help to share the data.
Given the circumstances, it is critical that all contributed cash, regardless of source, are effectively managed and used to safeguard Liam’s future.
Confirming Omojuwa’s debunking, Seyi Tinubu took to his verified Instagram page’s insta-stories section to disprove it.
