Kwankwaso warns wives against checking husbands’ phones
Following a reception organized for 1,800 couples by the Kano state government, the New Nigeria Peoples Party, NNPP, Rabiu Kwankwaso, has cautioned newly wedded wives against checking their husbands’ phones.
Kwankwaso disclosed this on Saturday in an Open Theatre in Kano Government House.
He said the warning is essential to guide against and avoid anything leading to a marriage breakup.
He said: “You have been advised by all and sundry. I believe you have been advised a thousand times.
“Ulamas, parents, relatives and even business people have advised you on how to live peacefully with one another.
“But, I have one single advice for you: checking spouses’ phones. Don’t peep your spouses’ phones as that is the major cause of marriage breakup.”
