Mr Ibu’s Daughter, Sons Arrested Over N300 Million Donations

Stella Maris, the spouse of actor Mr. Ibu, has reportedly had his daughter, Jasmine, and sons arrested concerning the purported disappearance of funds raised for his medical care.

Doris Ogala, a well-known actress, relayed this on her Instagram page, asserting that the siblings are being held at the Alagbon police station in Lagos.

Stella Maris allegedly accused Jasmine and her stepbrothers of withdrawing 300 million naira from the dedicated account for Mr. Ibu’s donations.

Reportedly, the wife of the Nollywood star desired to use the amassed funds to purchase a new home for herself.

Doris elaborated that subsequent to their arrest, police investigations revealed that the total contributions did not amount to 300 million naira.

“Jasmine and Ibu’s sons were arrested at Alagbon Police Station. They are detained there. Ibu’s wife alleged that Jasmine moved 300 million out of the account Ibu’s wife allegedly wanted them to buy her new house from the money contributed so far for Ibu’s treatments.

“That’s why she arrested Jasmine. But investigation states that the money contributed isn’t even up to 300 million”.
