‘I told Wizkid to hang out with Davido’ – Samklef

Nigerian singer and producer Samuel Oguachuba, popularly known as Samklef, has stated that he was the one who urged Wizkid to hang out with Davido.

A video of Wizkid and Davido thrilling their fans with a rare display of friendship after hanging out at a Lagos club on Saturday has gone viral on the internet.

This comes after years of perceived rivalry between the two famous singers, as they rarely speak to or about each other.

Taking credit for the development, Samklef, in a post on his Instagram page, claimed that he was the driving force behind the reunion.

He wrote: “Na me tell Wizkidayo make him try hang out with davido today and he listens. My beloved guy, Wizzy.”
