A Tribe Called Judah: Woli Arole testifies as he showers praises on Funke Akindele
Popular Nigerian comedian and media personality, Bayegun Oluwatoyin, otherwise known as Woli Arole has showered praises on Funke Akindele as her blockbuster movie, A Tribe Called Judah hits one billion naira in the box office.
Earlier, CN reported that Funke Akindele set a record for the Nigeria film industry as the first ever Nollywood film to enter a billion naira even in a short period of time.
Funke Akindele made a whooping one billion, sixty million, seven hundred and eleven thousand, four hundred and ninety one.
Presently on the Wikipedia Nollywood grossing table, Funke Akindele’s movies, A Tribe Called Judah, Battle On Buka Street and Omo Ghetto The Saga are respectively the highest grossing Nollywood film of all time.
Sharing the photos used for the official announcement of Funke Akindele’s success, Woli Arole praised the actress’s exceptional skill, calling her an inspiration, a resilient and intentional personality. The father of one accord Funke Akindele her respect and expressed delight to be part of the celebrities that did runs for the movie.
