Real Madrid have agreed two deals for Luka Modric and Lucas Vazquez to stay at the club for one more season.
Both Modrid and Vazquez were out of contract by Monday, July 1.
However, the LaLiga champions have decided to extend their stay by a year.
This was confirmed by football transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano, who claims an announcement is imminent.
Romano tweeted on Monday: “Real Madrid are set to confirm new contracts for Luka Modric and Lucas Vazquez, all sealed for both of them.
“Club statement to follow, Modric and Vazquez are both staying.”
