English singer Adele has announced that she’s taking a break from music to explore new creative pursuits.
The ‘Hello’ singer, who has been living in the United States for the past two years, explained that she would be relocating to her home country when her residency expires in November.
She told fans not to expect new music from her, stressing that she wants a “big break.”
“I don’t have plans for new music at all. I want a big break, and I think I want to do other creative things just for a little while,” Adele said in an interview with German broadcaster ZDF.
The 16-time Grammy winner’s last album was 2021’s ’30,’ which won the British Album Of The Year, at the Brit Awards in 2022.
