There was pandemonium as a petrol-laden tanker exploded burning two articulated trucks, one 18-seater bus, two commercial cabs and three motorcycles in Iyana-Ajia, Egbeda area, Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.
As of the time of filing this report, the tanker is said to be burning while other affected vehicles have been turned to ashes.
The incident was said to have occurred on the Ibadan axis of the Ibadan-Ife Expressway, very close to the ongoing Iyana-Ajia bridge.
It was gathered that no life was lost in the incident.
