LaLiga: Ancelotti threatened to replace me with my brother – Bellingham
Real Madrid midfielder, Jude Bellingham, has revealed how manager Carlo Ancelotti threatened to replace him with his brother, Jobe Bellingham, at the club.
Speaking on his YT channel, according Fabrizio Romano, the England international said it was after Ancelotti watched his brother score two goals in a game.
Bellingham has established himself in Ancelotti’s Los Blancos after moving to Spain from Borussia Dortmund two seasons ago.
The midfielder is also in contention to win this year Ballon d’Or following his outstanding display that saw him claim the Champions League, La Liga and other titles with Real Madrid.
“I still remember when my brother Jobe scored twice, we were watching the game and Ancelotti said: f*ck… we brought the wrong one! I’m going to bring him here.”
“I said: where are you going to play him?. Carlo said: in your position!”.
