Candidates To Pay ₦50,000 For Certificate Reprints – NECO

The National Examinations Council (NECO) has announced that candidates will now be required to pay ₦50,000 for the reprinting of their certificates.

CityNews reports that this information was revealed by NECO Registrar, Dantani Wushishi in a statement made in Minna, Niger State.

Wushishi noted that the ₦50,000 fee for certificate reprints is subject to periodic review.

Furthermore, the council clarified that requests for certificate reprints will only be accepted within one year of the original certificate issuance. After this timeframe, NECO will not process such requests.

In conjunction with the new reprinting policy, NECO has established a one-month deadline for candidates wishing to correct their results. This deadline starts from the date the results are officially released, according to the council.
