The fashion designer claimed Toyin and fellow actress Annie Idibia owed her millions for over a year.
Toyin has now addressed the allegations, describing the situation as a misunderstanding.
She shared screenshots of a chat and explained the context behind the designer’s claims.
According to Abraham, her team borrowed designer dresses from Tiannah for her movie Malaika’s runway scene.
Additionally, a team member introduced another designer, who provided more dresses. Abraham purchased a hairpiece from this designer and paid in full.
Regarding the dresses, Toyin stated they were borrowed, used for the shoot, and then returned to the team member, Gabriel.
After seeing the accusations, Abraham contacted Gabriel, who confirmed informing the designer that the dresses had been returned and borrowed by someone else, removing Toyin Abraham’s from the equation.
