[Live Updates] #OndoDecides2024: PDP, APC,LP, Others Battle In Ondo Governorship Election

Ondo electorates will today come out in their numbers to make a choice between Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa of the ruling All Progressives Congress(APC); Social Democratic Party candidate, Bamidele Akingboye; Labour Party’s Olusola Ebiseni, Zenith Labour Party’s Abbas Mimiko; and Hon Agboola Ajayi of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

The Publisher Nigeria reports that the Ondo State governorship election kicks off across the South-west state.

Out of 2,053,061 registered voters in the State, a total of 1,793,914 electorates have collected their Permanent Voter Cards.

Recall that in the 2020 governorship election there were 1,478,460 eligible voters in Ondo State.

Checks showed that a total of 58,708 new voters were registered in Ondo State while 3,132 voters transferred their registration into and within Ondo State.
