Singer, Beyonce’s 2025 tour and Christmas NFL show in jeopardy after husband Jay-Z’s lawsuit

Beyonce’s 2025 tour and Christmas NFL performance are now in jeopardy following a r@pe claim against her husband Jay-Z.

The superstar singer, 43, is set to appear at the NFL Christmas Day game between the Houston Texans and Baltimore Ravens and has a tour planned for next year according to reports, though she has not confirmed it.

However, a recent civil lawsuit accusing her husband, 55, of r@ping a 13-year-old alongside Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs in 2000 has cast doubt on her future plans.

‘Bey and Jay are one of the most dominant power couples on the globe so even though the claim has nothing to do with her, her name had already been dragged into online speculation,’ a source told The Sun.

‘The plan was for Beyonce to perform a new song during her Christmas Day halftime show before kicking off a new era,’ the insider added.

The singer has not publicly confirmed a tour, though she had around five dates already planned for the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in North London, with other locations in the works as well, according to The Sun.

Beyonce’s upcoming tour is set to celebrate her latest album, Cowboy Carter.

The latest news about the superstar’s future music plans comes after Jay-Z filed to dismiss the civil lawsuit against him.

The rapper was accused of committing the alleged child r@pe alongside Combs, 55, after the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards in a civil lawsuit filed Sunday.

The accuser, who identifies herself as Jane Doe in legal documents reviewed by Dailymail, says the assault took place at a party after the award show.

Now attorneys for Jay-Z – real name Shawn Carter – have asked for the case to be dismissed or Jane Doe’s real name publicly revealed in new motions filed in federal court in New York Monday.
