Why Lookman won CAF Men’s Player of the Year – Dad
Father of 2024 CAF Men’s Player of the Year, Ademola Lookman has praised the winger for his commitment and humility.
Lookman was crowned Africa’s best player at an elaborate ceremony in Marrakech, Morocco on Monday night.

His compatriot, Victor Osimhen won the individual accolade last year.
The proud father, who accompanied his son to the ceremony, said the Atalanta star is always focused on his job and not interested in spotlight.
“I am proud of him as a father because he is a very committed player, he is very humble, he does not like too much publicity, because he really wants to focus on his football. And that is what has taken him to this level,” he told live score.
