Social media users are reacting to a viral video of Nollywood actors Femi Adebayo and Funke Akindele.
The two had attended the premiere of their colleague, Iyabo Ojo’s movie, The Return of Arinzo.
In a clip making rounds, Funke was seen sitting with Mercy Aigbe and Iyabo Ojo when Femi walked up to them to greet them. Surprisingly, the filmmaker shunned Funke as he greeted everyone at the table aside her. Funke, who noticed this, questioned him about his behaviour, and the actor acknowledged her, smiled, and passed.

In 2024, Akindele left many in shock when she stepped out for Femi Adebayo’s movie premiere. The movie star, who was known to avoid her colleague’s premiere, had surprisingly made time out for Femi, which left many believing that Femi must be special.
Recall that Femi bowed to Funke after she showed massive support for his Netflix-sponsored project. The multiple award-winning actress urged everyone to eagerly anticipate the movie as she narrated what the film was about. In appreciation of the gesture, Adebayo appreciated Funke calling her the queen of the box office.
When Femi premiered Jagun Jagun, Akindele proudly celebrated him for his wonderful masterpiece. She shared a funny video of herself online, giving an amazing speech about the movie, congratulating him on the brilliant production while praising the actors.
Recall in June that Aduke, hinted at marital crisis as she threw shots at the filmmaker. She stated that if she had a spell, magic, or power to make a man love her when she met him, he could never have made that list.
Kemi Filani further noticed that the couple had unfollowed each other on Instagram.
Suprisingly by the end of the year, Aladuke had hinted at reconciliation with the actor, as she shared a throwback video of herself, Femi, and their daughter enjoying lovely family time. She had shared another video of her and Femi in bed, playfully teasing each other.
She had called out his colleague, Olatoun Olanrewaju, for allegedly causing her problems. She alleged that Olatoun destroyed her marriage and expressed how hurt she is by the betrayal.
