Boris Johnson’s plan to ease England’s lockdown in four steps, beginning on 8 March.
Johnson is letting Britons and the world get a much better idea of what the next few months could look like in England.
The gradual reopening of society will start on 8 March – with more mixing outdoors then allowed on 29 March. After that, we expect restrictions to be lifted roughly every five weeks, he said.
The PM said some of the plans will be moved back if necessary.
