A “performing lawmaker” representing Abeokuta South State Constituency 11, Hon. Igbalaye Wasiu Ayodele, popularly known as IWA has extended his generosity to the residents of Saraki community, ward 14 area of the local government by donating a Borehole to them.
The water project according to the lawmaker is part of his campaign promises in which he has fulfilled today.
IWA during the commissioning submitted the water project will alleviate the sufferings of the people in the area, especially during the dry season.
The lawmaker promised to execute more projects within his constituency before the end of his tenure.
He reassured his commitment to continue serving his constituents equitably and efficiently by initiating and completing developmental projects and delivering the benefits.
Some of the residents of the community who spoke with our correspondent appreciated IWA for his kind gesture to the community, while praying God to bless the lawmaker in order to do more.
The CDA chairman of the community, Mr Oyedele praised the lawmaker for addressing water issues in the area, describing him as a politician with large heart.
The ward chairman, Mr Lasisi also commended Honourable Wasiu Igbalaye for his kind gesture, noting that the party is proud him.
He added that IWA within one year in office, has initiated numerous projects, urging the constituents to continue supporting their representative to attract more development projects.
Mrs Ogunseye hailed the lawmaker for his developmental strides in Abeokuta South State Constituency 11, describing him as a rare breed and an outstanding legislator who has demonstrated exceptional representation in his constituency.
