Another batch of Nigerians evacuated from South Africa has arrived in Lagos as part of the Federal Government’s ongoing evacuation programme.
The returnees were flown in aboard an Air Peace aircraft, which touched down at the cargo terminal of the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Ikeja, at approximately 10:54 a.m. on Tuesday.
The exercise also comes against the backdrop of the June 30 deadline declared by vigilante groups and other organisations demanding the departure of undocumented migrants from South Africa.
