In a bid to enhance service delivery, transparency, and revenue collection, the Ogun State Water Corporation has announced plans to implement a mandatory transition from flat-rate and post-paid billing to prepaid water meters.The Special Adviser to the Governor on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Water Resources, Hon.
