The Special Investigation Unit (SIU) of the Nigeria Police Force (NPF) has arrested Olamilekan Akinduro, a Lagos-based accountant, accusing him of mobilising a group of disgruntled investors from Oxford International Group to demand their long-overdue funds. A Libyan driver was arrested on Tuesday in the Bishr area of Libya for attempting to smuggle six undocumented female migrants from Nigeria. The arrest was made during a routine police patrol, which intercepted the vehicle and detained the driver.
