No fewer than 200 Customs officers, who retired in 2022 are yet to receive their pension entitlements fro m their Pension Fund Administrator (PFA) which is Premium Pensions Limited (PPL). The concerned ex-customs officers, alleged that they have done all the necessary documentations, yet, could not receive their pensions from the PFA.
