An Ilorin Magistrate Court on Tuesday docked one Oloba Maroof Afolayan who allegedly caused the death of his friend, one Mustapha Balogun. He was dragged before Magistrate Monisola Kamson for the alleged offences of criminal conspiracy, impersonation and culpable homicide contrary to section 97, 179 and 221 of the Penal code Law. The Minister of Power, Sale Mamman says there is no plan to significantly raise tariff.
