The Independent National Electoral Commissioner (INEC) says it is set to conduct a by-election in Lagos East Senatorial District and Kosofe II House of Assembly constituency following the death of the representatives. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of MultiChoice Nigeria, Mr. John Ugbe, has said that Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) billing model is not technically and commercially feasible in the pay television industry.
