The West African Senior School Certificate Examination, WASSCE, results and testimonials of some graduating secondary school students in Ondo State have been withheld over misconduct during the completion of their final exams. The Ondo State Government disclosed that the penalty became imperative following the involvement of 17 graduating students in chaotic and undisciplined behaviour. The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission is set to arraign the President of Miyetti Allah Kautal Hore, Bello Bodejo, before the Federal High Court in Abuja over alleged terrorism financing and money laundering offences involving about $2.53 million. The Presidency has defended the foreign exchange reforms introduced by President Bola Tinubu’s administration, stating that the naira has now discovered its true market value.
