Reacting to the Prince’s demise, President Muhammadu Buhari condoled with Emir of Ringim, Alhaji Sayyadi Mahmud Ringim and the government and people of Jigawa State.

In a statement signed by Garba Shehu, Buhari noted that Ahmed until his death, was the most senior prince and a District Head in Ringim Emirate.

Ahmed was also one of the surviving junior brothers of the Emir of Ringim and grandchild of the ninth Fulani Emir of Kano, Mallam Usman Dantsoho.

In a tribute, President Buhari said late Galadiman Ringim had a distinguished career in the course of which he made notable contributions to the development of his community and the nation.

“Jigawa state has lost an inspiring individual,” the President said.

President Buhari prayed to Almighty Allah to accept his good deeds and grant family and friends fortitude to bear the loss.
