BREAKING: APGA Wins House Of Reps Seat In Niger State
APGA has won a house of representative seat in Niger State.
CityNews Nigeria reports that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has declared the APGA Candidate, Shehu Saleh Rijau (SLOW) as the winner of the rerun election for the House of Representatives seat for Magama/Rijau Federal Constituency, Niger State.
In the keenly contested election held yesterday, February 6, 2021, APGA candidate polled 22,965 votes to defeat his closest rival, PDP candidate that got 22,507 votes.
APGA Chairman, Victor Oye has welcomed the outcome of the election as the will of the people.
