There’s a new twist to Baba Ijesha saga as the accused lawyer has opened up on the genesis of the whole matter.

According to the legal team of embattled Nollywood Actor accused of molesting a 14-Year-Old Girl, Olanrewaju Omiyinka aka Baba Ijesha, Princess Adekola had a romantic affair with the actor in the past.

CityNews Nigeria sources also alleged that the duo parted (at that time) acrimoniously and that may be why Princess wanted to take some pound of flesh off Baba Ijesha.

The legal team has now released a full statement on real reasons behind recording the video evidence that nailed Omiyinka (Baba Ijesha)

The Statement Reads:

“My client had an illicit affair with Princess in the past, unknown to Princess, Baba Ijesha took advantage of his access to her house to sexually molested her adopted daughter.”

“When she got wind of this, she decided to set Baba Ijesha up to teach him an unforgettable lesson.”
