BREAKING: Nigerian govt approves resumption of international flights
The Federal Government has approved the resumption of international flights with effect from August 29, 2020,City News reports.
The Minister of Aviation, Hadi Sirika, made this known in a tweet via his official Twitter handle on Monday.
He said: “Glad to announce the resumption of international flights from the 29th of August, 2020.
“Beginning with Lagos and Abuja as we did with the domestic flight resumption.
“Protocols and procedures will be announced in due course. We thank you for your patience.”
Recall that Mr. Boss Mustapha, Secretary to the Government of the Federation and Chairman, PTF-COVID-19, had provided an update on the resumption of international flight.
