Coronavirus: NCDC Confirms 132 New COVID-19 Cases In Nigeria
The Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC) on Monday evening, 14th September 2020, confirmed 132 new cases of coronavirus disease infection in Nigeria.
CityNews Nigeria understands that the new cases of COVID-19 infection were confirmed via a statement on the official Twitter handle of the health agency.
Given the 160 new COVID-19 cases, the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Nigeria has risen to 56,388 which includes 44,337 discharged cases and 1,083 deaths.
Below is the breakdown of the latest cases according to states with Lagos recording the highest number of new confirmed cases, followed by Gombe and Plateau State, northern Nigeria.
